Part One – Foundations of the Akashic Records

This training is a comprehensive level 1 foundational course for beginners. This is a deeply immersive journey designed for those who feel called to remember, reconnect, and rediscover their relationship with the Akashic Records. Offering you a grounded and supported pathway to learn how to access and read your own Records with confidence. Held over eight weeks, with each session unfolding over three spacious hours, this experience allows you not only to understand how it works intellectually but also to truly experience, embody, and integrate it at a soul level.

As this course develops, you will begin to understand that working within the Akashic Records is not something that can be rushed or reduced to technique alone; it will ask for presence, devotion, and a willingness to meet yourself in new and often profound ways. This is why the focus of this training is not just on opening the Records, it's about building a relationship with them, one that feels safe, sustainable, and uniquely your own.

Each week, you will be guided not only during our live sessions but also through intentional home practice that you will be invited to explore in your own time, allowing the teachings to land within your body, your energy field, and your lived experience. As you continue, what may begin as learning can slowly shift into something deeper, a sense of familiarity, a remembering, and a growing trust in your own ability to access, receive, and work within your own Akashic Records in a way that feels grounded, natural, and real.

   You will receive refined foundational attunements designed to open, stabilise, and elevate your connection to the Akashic Records, allowing you to access this field with greater clarity, energetic integrity, and a sense of confidence. 
• Embodiment
   You will be guided into a deeper level of embodiment, where this work moves beyond intellectual understanding and into lived experience, allowing your body to become a receptive, intuitive, and grounded channel for the information you receive. 
• Akashic Record Activations (Meditation & Breathwork)
   Through carefully guided meditations and breathwork practices, you will activate and deepen your connection to the Records, learning how to access expanded states of awareness while remaining anchored, regulated, and fully present within your body. 
• Clair Senses (Intuitive Channels)
   You will explore the full spectrum of intuitive perception, including clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, and subtle variations beyond these, refining your awareness of how your unique intuitive language naturally expresses itself. 
• Spirit Team & Guides
   You will cultivate a grounded, aligned connection with your spirit team and guides, developing trust in the support available to you while refining your ability to receive, interpret, and work with guidance in a clear, discerning way. 
• Mantras
   You will develop a deeper understanding of Akashic mantras as energetic keys, learning how to work with their frequency and intention to open, stabilise, and navigate the Records with greater precision, presence, and reverence. 
• Belief Systems & Energetic Imprints
   You will explore the architecture of belief systems and energetic imprints within the field, understanding how they form, are held, and are expressed, and how to work with them in ways that support awareness, release old patterns, and create lasting transformation. 
• Timelines, Dimensions & Realities
   You will be introduced to the multidimensional nature of the Akashic Records, expanding your awareness of timelines, dimensions, and realities, and learning how to hold and interpret information beyond linear perception. 
• Ethical Considerations, Boundaries & Energetic Integrity
   You will learn to work within the Records with a high level of integrity, developing a clear understanding of energetic boundaries, ethical responsibility, and refined practices that support safety, discernment, and sovereignty within subtle energetic realms.
